THE CHALLENGE

Fabled, beautiful and modern workwear for women in medicine, is a gorgeous D2C brand with a very narrow target audience: female physicians. Our challenge was to create a converting email strategy that drives sales but also serves the community with valuable information. We followed our SERVE SERVE SELL approach to email marketing – we offer valuable resources and info in 60% of our emails and SELL in the remaining 40%.
